Location
La Maison Bleu Gîtes are exquisite traditional French properties located in the small farming hamlet of La Grue, in the Charente region that benefits from the famous micro climate.

We are located 2km outside of the market town of Aigre in the middle of the vine and sunflower growing region close to Cognac, Angoulême and Poitiers. It is an ideal base for exploring the fantastic countryside or just relaxing by the enclosed 12m x 6m heated, salt-water swimming pool.


The Farmhouse
La Maison Bleu was constructed in the 1850's by the Landreau family as part of their estate; they are still one of the larger pineau, wine and cognac producers in the area. You can buy these direct from the Landreaus, or at the local supermarket in Aigre.
